1. Who operates this service
EmployClue Auctions (auctions.employclue.com) is operated by Keenvo Tech OÜ (17457927), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia, the data controller. 2. A planning tool
Calculations use the numbers you supply. They are estimates, not an appraisal, an instruction to bid, tax or legal advice, or a promise of profit. Fees, taxes, deposits, condition, resale prices, and pickup rules can vary. Check the official listing and facility terms before committing.
3. Independent auction providers
We do not operate auctions, accept bids, sell storage units, or collect auction payments. Links to third-party platforms are provided for convenience. Listings and availability must be checked on those platforms. We do not guarantee any unit, auction result, or third-party service.
4. Optional rewarded plans
The basic calculator is free. When an ad is available, you can choose to complete it to unlock three scenarios and a pickup checklist for the submitted numbers. This is a digital benefit within the app, with no cash value. Access lasts up to 24 hours on the same browser. Daily limits apply. Changing the numbers may require a new reward. If an ad does not load or complete, the basic result remains available.
5. Fair use and availability
Do not automate reward requests, manipulate ad events, bypass limits, or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive use. Features can change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Contact and disputes
Contact support@keenvotech.com about an issue. The site operator's applicable law is the laws of the Republic of Estonia, with disputes handled by the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia, subject to any mandatory rights you have under local law.
